  • A $200 security bond is payable 1 week prior to your stay (details will be provided) and refunded after the house has been inspected; house must be left clean and tidy or cleaning fees may be taken from your security bond

House guests are expected to leave the premises clean, cleaning can be arranged for $20/hr. This voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit and is valid, subject to availability and at the Operator's discretion UNTIL 31 MARCH 2027, excluding most SA school holidays, Easter, public holidays and long weekends.. The winter school holidays are available to travel. Bookings will not be transferred, moved or cancelled within 14 days of due arrival date and will result in forfeiture of package and all funds paid.
