Did you know that Travel Auctions was founded from raising money for UNICEF in the early 90’s? Because of this, Travel Auctions have always strived to give back to those who need it most. So, we’re proud to announce the Travel Auctions Charity Gift Initiative. This initiative sees us donating a portion of every package sold for a month to a different local charity.
This month we donated to BackPacks4SAKids. This phenomenal charity puts together backpacks full of clothing and essentials for children who, through no fault of their own, have been put in a situation of having to leave home without their possessions. They do this to help provide comfort and basic needs during an unbelievably stressful time in their young lives.
Here at Travel Auctions, we admire the work they do and because of this, we are extremely happy to be donating to such a wonderful cause.
