As bushfires continue to ravage parts of Australia, we would like to reassure our community that to our knowledge, no properties that we promote have currently been lost. However, some of the properties have been evacuated in the highly affected areas, such as Gippsland, High Country and the South Coast of NSW. We are sending our strength and prayers to the owners, operators and workers of these properties in this trying time. We will continue to update the Travel Auctions community if we hear anything more from properties in the affected areas.
As our vouchers have a long validity, we encourage customers to hold onto them until the fires subside. Once the conditions are safe, we strongly believe that continuing with your intended travel plans is the best way to re-build the areas that have been affected. Supporting local tourism, cafes, shops and relative industries is the best way to help these local communities and get them back on their feet.
