Take an unforgettable journey to the heart of Australia and experience its wondrous highlights with this overnight experience.
Your journey begins with pick-up from your accommodation in Alice Springs at 6.45am, or at Ayers Rock Resort (Yulara) at approximately 1.30pm. Take in stunning views of Uluru National Park heritage-listed sites and learn about ancient cultural practices. You’ll have the opportunity to take short walks around the base of the magnificent Uluru, immersing yourself in the sacred traditions and stories of the Anangu people, as well as visit the Aboriginal Cultural Centre. Enjoy drinks and BBQ as the sun goes down and tick the coveted Uluru sunset experience off your list. After the sun has dipped below the horizon, you’ll be taken to the Outback Pioneer Hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 2 begins with a breathtaking sunrise with tea and coffee, before returning to your hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, we’ll set off to explore Kata Tjuta, where you’ll take a leisurely walk through Walpa Gorge and enjoy the spectacular views from the site’s viewing platform before returning to Ayers Rock or Alice Springs to conclude the tour.
