- A compulsory $200 cleaning fee to be paid 21 days prior to travel (please refer to hosts for payment arrangements)
- Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

- All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided. Guests must supply their own sheets and towels or can hire them.
- Pets permitted at the Operator's discretion by prior arrangement. Pets are not permitted on the furniture and must be cleaned up after prior to checkout.

- Additional people are $25.00/night
- A 4th night taken consecutively to the package can be purchased for a discounted $100, plus extra person cost if applicable. Subject to availability (Speak to your host at time of booking).
