Gemtree Caravan Park, Anmatjere, 140km NE of Alice Springs on the Plenty Highway, is a peaceful outback stop. Explore the History Museum, enjoy the award-winning Camp Oven Kitchen, join fossicking tours for red garnets and Mud Tank zircon, or relax and crack a cold one at the Billabong Bar.
Includes
- 3 nights accommodation in a Queen Ensuite Room at the Gemtree Caravan Park
- Travel valid from 16 February until 31 November 2026 and excludes June, July & August
- Receive a complimentary glass of house wine, beer or soft drink when purchasing a main meal at the onsite restaurant
- – Tours operate from Easter to 30 September with an 8:30am departure. $100 per vehicle (includes 1 set of fossicking equipment). Children under 18 fossick for free. Additional equipment available for $65 per set.

- Billabong Bar | open Wednesday through to Saturday nights. Meals are available to order from the bar between 6pm and 7pm
- Swimming Pool: Available for park guests 9am-5pm daily

- There is no WIFI available at Gemtree however there is Optus 3G and Telstra 4G available
