Our platform allows you to bid on travel stays and experiences offered by participating operators.
How do I place a bid?
Open an auction listing and tap Place Bid. Enter your bid amount and confirm.

What happens if I win an auction?
When the auction ends, you will be notified by email or phone based on your contact preferences. You will then be able to finalise payment to receive your travel voucher.

When do I pay for the voucher?
Payment is only required if you win the auction. Once the auction ends, you will be given instructions to complete payment.

What is a travel voucher?
A travel voucher is a prepaid credit that can be redeemed with a specific operator of accommodation or travel experiences.
Where can I see my vouchers?
All vouchers you have won will appear in the My Bids section of the app and in your profile area when logged in to the website.
Your voucher will also be emailed to you.
How do I redeem my voucher?
To redeem your voucher, contact the travel operator listed on the voucher and provide your voucher details when making your booking.
Can I use the voucher at any time?
Vouchers are subject to availability and any specific terms set by the travel provider. Some dates such as peak holiday periods may be excluded.
Do I need to be a Travel Auctions member to bid?
Yes. You must create a free Travel Auctions membership in order to place bids and manage your vouchers. If you are not already a member Join here.
