Transactional emails related to your bookings, payments, or vouchers will continue to be sent as part of our service communication, even if you opt out of marketing content.

  1. Making Payment Online

Payments via our secure online transaction facility are the quickest and easiest method for completing your travel arrangements. Using our online payment facilities ensures immediate processing and the shortest handling time possible.

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.

Your travel voucher will be issued by email or post once your order has been processed successfully.

  1. Payment Security

Your credit card details are encrypted and protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology using the latest encryption standards.

When purchasing from Travel Auctions:

  • Your financial details are passed through a secure server using 128-bit SSL encryption, the industry standard.
  • Credit card information entered during the ordering process is deleted upon transaction completion.
  • 128-bit SSL encryption is estimated to take at least one trillion years to break.

  1. Return & Refund Policy

As Travel Auctions offers discounted travel packages, we do not provide refunds.
All vouchers and purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

Please review all auction and package details carefully before bidding or purchasing.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, this policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have in relation to faulty goods or services that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Travel Vouchers & Bookings
  • Travel vouchers must be used before their expiry date.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and the conditions of the individual operator or accommodation provider.
  • Once issued, vouchers cannot be extended or reissued if lost, misplaced, or expired.
  • Any additional costs incurred during your stay (e.g. meals, upgrades, extra nights) are payable directly to the operator.
  1. Operator Terms & Responsibilities

Each property, operator, or service provider featured on Travel Auctions is responsible for delivering the accommodation or service purchased.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that Travel Auctions will share your contact information (including name, email, phone number, and address) with the respective operator to confirm and manage your booking.

Travel Auctions acts as a marketing and facilitation platform only. We are not responsible for the direct provision of accommodation or services and are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the actions or negligence of an operator.

  1. Privacy & Data Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information.
We collect and use your data to:

  • Process bookings, payments, and communications
  • Share details with operators for confirmed bookings
  • Improve our marketing and customer experience

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
